CC RRG employs several tools to help prevent claims including Online Training and informative webinars, but, the most important and tool is our ONSITE RISK MANAGEMENT VISITS. For each visit, CC RRG sends an experienced risk manager to evaluate the client's processes and point out anything that could lead to a future claim. Our experts have seen it all and will provide feedback that everyone in the company can use. CC RRG policy holders love these onsite visits because it provides a critical, yet supportive overview of the facility and provides a review of best-practices for the staff.

Let's face it, online risk management seminars are important and can be informative (CC RRG has a great one)  but nothing replaces an onsite visit and coordinated risk management facility audit.
