Continuing Care Risk Retention Group, Inc. (CCRRG) is a risk retention group providing Professional and General (PL/GL) Insurance, and is managed by Magnolia LTC Management Services, Inc.

It is owned and governed by its members, with one vote per insured facility.

CCRRG membership information is available through a network of appointed brokers in most states (excluding AL, AK, AR, FL, MS, NV and WV).

CCRRG insures facilities including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Intermediate Care Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Congregate Care and Residential Care Facilities / Specialized Units

CCRRG provides a lower cost alternative to traditional carriers saving members as much as 30% per year. This is achieved by:

The Claims Paid™ policy form has been in use since 1977, pioneered by Cooperative of American Physicians (CAP), the management company for Mutual Protection Trust (MPT), who has used it with proven success. Some features include:

Annual premiums are based on estimated costs for claims, defense and administration over the next year only, rather then the traditional method of reserving years in advance.

CCRRG has been granted exclusive use of this policy form by CAP for LTC facilities in the United States.
